1. INTRODUCTORY PROVISIONS

1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") of the company GOFORMAX, s.r.o., with its registered office at Dřevnická 4127, Příluky, 760 01 Zlín, Czech Republic, ID (IČO): 23436719, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 145930 (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller" or "Service Provider"), govern the mutual rights and obligations arising in connection with or based on a purchase contract or service contract concluded between the Seller and another person (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer" or "Client") via the online store located at www.goformax.eu and www.goformax.cz.

1.2. The subject of sale includes, but is not limited to:

  • Physical products: primarily Belgian chocolates, physiotherapeutic scooters, and other goods listed in the e-shop.

  • Services: investment and financial consulting, accounting services, and audio-visual production.

3. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

3.1. All presentation of products and services on the websites www.goformax.eu and www.goformax.cz is for informational purposes only. The Seller is not obliged to conclude a contract regarding these goods or services.

3.2. To order goods or services, the Buyer shall fill out the order form on the website.

3.3. The contractual relationship is established upon the delivery of the order confirmation, which is sent by the Seller to the Buyer's email address.

4. PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

4.1. The prices of goods and services are listed including VAT and all related taxes.

4.2. Costs for delivery of physical products (e.g., Belgian chocolates, scooters) are specified during the ordering process and vary based on the selected method.

4.3. The Buyer may pay the price via the methods provided in the e-shop interface (bank transfer, online payment card, etc.).

5. DELIVERY AND SERVICE PROVISION

5.1. Physical Goods: Items such as Belgian chocolates and physiotherapeutic scooters are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.

5.2. Services: Consulting and other services are provided as agreed upon in the specific order or service contract.

6. WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONTRACT

6.1. In accordance with the Civil Code, a consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

6.2. Exceptions: Withdrawal is not possible for goods that are subject to rapid decay (e.g., food/chocolates) or goods that have been unsealed from their protective packaging for hygiene reasons.

6.3. For services, if the service has already been fully provided with the Client's consent before the withdrawal period, the right to withdraw is lost.

7. RIGHTS FROM DEFECTIVE PERFORMANCE (COMPLAINTS)

7.1. The Seller is responsible for ensuring that the goods or services are free from defects upon delivery.

7.2. The Buyer is entitled to exercise the right to claim a defect within the statutory period. All claims should be directed to the contact email: info@goformax.cz.

8. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

8.1. The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Detailed information on personal data protection is available on the websites www.goformax.eu and www.goformax.cz.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. All legal relationships between the Seller and the Buyer are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

9.2. If any provision of these Terms is or becomes invalid, the valid provision whose meaning is closest to the invalid one shall apply instead.

9.3. These Terms are effective as of April 5, 2026.
